John Perry Bujouves Chairman
John has extensive, proven experience with building successful companies by actively participating in the business or providing functional expertise and stewardship at a board level. His key current projects include:
- Chairman, Bayshore Bank & Trust Corp. - one of the Caribbean’s largest private banks;
- Chairman, Integris Funds Limited, - a Cayman Islands based mutual fund company;
- President, Bayshore Asset Management Inc. (TSX-BIF.UN);
- Chairman, Globacor Capital Inc., - a Canadian private equity investment firm;
- Director, GlobalOptions Group. - a security and risk mitigation firm (NASDAQ-GLOI.)
John’s past experiences include Chairman, Ontario Arthritis Society; Director, Nationwide Credit Inc. - amongst the ten largest account receivable companies in the US, and managing CIBC’s International Private Banking group in Canada. At CIBC, he provided leadership and technical expertise to a professional consulting group on the uses of international banking and trust services. Prior to that, as Managing Partner for Royal Trust International, John launched Royal Trust Corporation’s first two US locations. While with Royal Trust, in 1990, John was awarded with the National Employee of the Year.
Paul R. LeBreux, LL.B., LLM, TEP Chief Counsel
Paul LeBreux is recognized as one of Canada’s leading international tax experts. Paul is regularly quoted in national and international publications, frequently appears as a guest speaker and has written numerous papers and legal texts. Along with being Chief Counsel for the Bayshore Group, Paul is the Principal of Global Tax Law Professional Corporation, an Ontario corporation specializing in international and domestic tax and estate planning. Paul received his law degree from the University of Ottawa and his Master of Laws (Tax) from Osgoode Hall Law School. Paul was a founding partner and co-managing partner of the Toronto law firm Harris & Harris for nearly 10 years where his legal practice included: domestic and international estate and tax planning, corporate reorganizations, including acquisitions, restructurings, amalgamations, wind-ups, divestitures; and design, implementation and review of Canadian and foreign tax shelters. Paul is a frequent guest lecturer at York University and a visiting professor at the University of Ottawa. Paul is Past Chair of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Canada, Past Chair of the STEP Canada Technical Committee and a STEP Worldwide Council Member.
Sean Church Chief Operating Officer
Prior to joining Integris IQ, Sean was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Recognia Inc., providing investment research to leading financial institutions and information providers. From 1997-2001 he was the Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager of Charles Schwab Canada, and co-founder of its predecessor company, Priority Brokerage Inc. Sean has been active in the Canadian Securities Industry for 20 years. He is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and a member of the Canadian Society of Technical Analysts. He has served on the Investment Dealers Association Ontario District Council for several years as a member, Vice-Chair and most recently, Chair of the Council. |
